I learned about the law of attraction many years ago – long before The Secret. And, although it seemed to work somewhat for me, it also seemed to be very hit and miss and, for a long time, I felt that I couldn’t really attract what I wanted at all. I wondered what I was doing wrong. But more recently, I have found that I can manifest my desires much more consistently, and I have been getting more distinct and profound results.

I now truly believe that I can attract that which I desire and bring my dream life into reality – because I have experienced real results firsthand. And the difference has come from what I have learned from several books and audio programs from some great teachers.

One was “The One Command” audio program by Asara Lovejoy. For me, it provided an effective technique that surprisingly helped immediately manifest the elimination of my wife’s migraines – by me making the intention on behalf of her. It requires one little change that she teaches in how you make the intention (as compared to making an intention for yourself).

A second audio program that gave me some powerful new techniques was “The Abundance Paradigm” by Dr. Joe Vitale. The main theme of the program was about shifting from a scarcity paradigm that most of us are in to an abundance paradigm that the Universe is really all about. It helped me in clearing negative beliefs about money, manifesting positive changes in others (changes that would benefit them more than me), and attracting abundance – in my case, a larger raise than others at that company were getting.

I also used techniques from both of these programs in my successful search for a new job this year when my position was eliminated as part of a reorganization. One technique was mentally making my intention to have a new job while in the theta brainwave state – very powerful! Another was in changing my belief from “finding a job is hard” to “I will easily manifest a new job – now”.
